Answers
Answer:
Introduction A subsidiary is an organization which is held by its main or major head company. It has a little ease and flexibility and to a certain extent a level of restriction on its action. Transfer of ideas and work practices Based on the model, when a subsidiary has low inflow and low outflow it is not able to transfer its ideas because it is only yet trying to either establish itself or is a market follower. When the subsidiary has lower inflow from its subsidiary but it is able to give better outflow, it becomes a global innovator and is able to transfer its practices to other parts of the global network.
