1) Take a small sturdy paper cup and cut off its base.

2) Stretch a thin rubber flap (example: taken from a balloon) across this cup’s mouth and secure tightly with rubber band. The rubber flap should be taut.Hold the open end of cup to mouth and speak clearly and loudly into the cup.

3) The rubber flap will vibrate and this vibration can be seen if one is standing before a mirror.
