because in the starting scene of the act 1 he when salanio and salarino asked him whether he is worry about his ships which are venturing to different corners of the world ，then he says that no he is not sad because of his ships because his business does not depend upon the profit from one or two ship nor his business depends upon the profit of the current year and he is very much sure about his business.And assure them that he is not sad because of his business
