Heya
The coastal areas have moderate temperature. There will be no such great difference in the minimum and maximum temperature, all round the year. The temperature doesn't vary much. This is because of the sea.
In India, during rainy season, the south west monsoon move towards the interior of Asia because of the low pressure created there, thus bringing rain to the coastal areas.
As the monsoon moved towards the interior part of Asia there's a low pressure area created in the Arabian and the bay of Bengal. This results in the formation of ocean currents and cyclones, getting rain to the coastal areas.
Coastal line comes under the moderating influence of the sea. As such, the difference between the temperature of day and night and that of summer and winter is not much. This is also known as equable climate.

Answer:
The sea affects the climate of a place. Coastal areas are cooler and wetter than inland areas. Clouds form when warm air from inland areas meets cool air from the sea. ... In the summer, temperatures can be very hot and dry as moisture from the sea evaporates before it reaches the centre of the land mass
