How does the size and number of cells depend on the size of the body?

The size of cells depends on the organization level of the organisms whether it is unicellular or multicellular..

If the organism is unicellular , it means the whole body is single cell. all the activities are performed by single cell.

In multicellular , Different types of cells are present , as the body of these organisms are more complex.Each cell performed specific function.
