when surface area increases then heat can effect on a large area whereas when liquid is accommodated in a particular area then heat gets small area to effect on so it takes more time.
When temperature increases then heat also increases so it takes less time for it to evaporate liquid and when temperature decreases then it takes more time.

☆Hey mate!!!
SURFACE AREA
Whenever you increase the surface area, the rate of evaporation increases as it is a surface phenomena.
TEMPERATURE
Whenever you increase the temperature, the rate of evaporation also increases as then more kinetic energy is absorbed by its particles which helps them to evaporate more fast.
☆Hope it helps!!!
