temperature of air influence its ability to hold water is true
because if the temperature of air is more than it will provide energy to the water molecules to remain in exited and to remain in same the state of vapour
and if the temperature is low it will loose it all because at low temperature it will not be able to provide energy to water molecules and hence get converted to liquid state
