how does the time of sunrise and sunset differ during summer and winter

sun rises earlier in summer when compared to winter.

it's because sun lights hits the earth at shallow angle in winter while in summer it hits the earth at steep angle . so these changes results in the differ timing of sunlights to reach the earth .
