How does the two child born at same time whenever only one sperm fuse with ovum

cleavage in zygote which divides it into two halves

hey frnd.....
if only one sperm will fuse then their will be only 1 child born.....but by any type of circumference 2 sperm enter the same ovum or different ovum then only twins are possible. then they will be identical or non identical this depends on ovum.
