Vaccines are like a training course for the immune system. They prepare the body to fight disease without exposing it to disease symptoms. When foreign invaders such as bacteria or viruses enter the body, immune cells called lymphocytes respond by producing antibodies, which are protein molecules.

At first we should know about Vaccine.

Actually, Vaccines are the special kind of medicine which provide immunity or protection against various diseases. Vaccines are given to the healthy person also so that they may not get certain diseases.

A Vaccine actually contains the dead but alive micro- organisms of disease which are harmless but do not cause any disease.

When the vaccine is given to a healthy person orally or by injection, the body of that person responds by producing some substances called as "Antibiotics" in the blood. These antibiotics kills any disease causing alive micro- organisms present in the Vaccine.

So, the presence of antibiotics in the blood a person remains protected and gets proper immunity.
