The students marchers were disciplined and knew what they were doing and why.they stopped at the bassed gates and handed over a piece of paper , perhaps a representation from them to the police officer, turned about and marched back after shouting,'mahatma Gandhi ki jai!' and responding to it with a'jai!' they came on a mission and returned after completing it..
