so protons inside nucleus the nuclear structure and orbital structure are electron

The atomic number of proton number (symbol Z)of a chemical element is the number of proton found in the nucleus of an atom . It is identical to the charge number of the nucleus Atoms with the same atomic no. Z but diffrent neutron no. N , and hence diffrent atomic masses ,are known as isotopes
