Answer:

is natural to feel stress, anxiety, grief, and worry during and after a disaster. Everyone reacts differently, and your own feelings will change over time. Notice and accept how you feel. Taking care of your emotional health during an emergency will help you think clearly and react to the urgent needs to protect yourself and your family. Self-care during an emergency will help your long-term healing.

Covid 19 has taught us to love our family. My reaction was sad and stressed there was only one who are with us i.e. family.

Covid 19 phase:

  • It was heart melting and sad year for the whole world.
  • Many people lost their family members.
  • It affected many people psychologically.

My situation in Covid 19:

  • I was feeling stressed and anxious when I got covid.
  • Our school was shut down.
  • Studying online was not that effective.
  • After it is getting normal, I value my family most and nothing can beat family.
