How does transpiration helps in upward transport of substances

as the water transpired from leaces their is low density of water so the water along with the nutrients goes upward to the leaves

When water is lost through transpirationthere is a suction pull due to the low pressure in the plant, this force pulls the waters and minerals along with it. It is similar to when someone drinks juice from straws. The low pressure in the mouth forces the juice to come up the channel. Mark me as the best.
