First the oxygenated blood from the lungs comes to the left atrium of the heart through Pulmonary vein when the heart contracts.
Then the heart relaxed and results in that blood to flow down to the left ventricle through.
The heart contracts again resulting in the blood exiting the heart through aorta and travelling in the body through arteries.
Then in the body all the exchanges take place and the deoxygenated blood reaches the heart's right atrium through veins collection called vena cava. The heart relaxes resulting in the blood flowing to right ventricle and when heart contracts, it results in the flowing of blood from right atrium to the lungs through Pulmonary artery.
Then it is purified in lungs and the process carries on.

the organ system of things which is responsible for the transport of materials inside inside the body is called circulatory system.
various organs of circulatory system are :
heart ,arteries ,veins ,capillaries.
-we inhale oxygen from air and through nasal passage, trachea and bronchi it reaches to alveoli which is surrounded by blood capillaries and it is present in our lungs.
-throw Pulmonary vein the oxygenated blood enter into left Atrium of our heart and then enter into left ventricle and pumped out throw the pulmonary arteries(aorta) and the oxygenated blood circulated all over the body.
-then through the Pulmonary (vena cava) the deoxygenated bood inter into two our left Atrium of our heart and then inter to right ventricle and pump out through the pulmonary arteries the dioxygenated blood inter to Alveoli and get diffused and the CO2 gas is passed out through bronchus, trachea and then nasal passage.
