Unemployed youth has been called "a lost generation": not only because of productivity lose but also because of the long-term direct and indirect impact unemployment has on young people and their families. ... The lost generation effect impacts also their families.

unemployment means a person who don't have any job.It is also known as underemployment.

unemployment are of two types

1)seasonal unemployment

2) disguised unemployment

seasonal unemployment=Any person who have a job but season or month wise he goes to job.

example=sugarcane company/factory

a person was doing a job in a sugarcane company but sugarcane company was working when sugarcanes was produced means tge company works season wise.so the employers working in the company was under seasonal unemployment

2) disguised unemployment=a place where we need 3persons to work but 5persons were working there so they will get less wages.

or

if a family there are 5members working in a field but there was the need of only 3workers so the other two who are left can work in another field so that they can get more wages for their work.

in this ways only unemployment affect the youths.some of the youth are jobless or unemployed
