Heya!!!

.

Not a very big scientific reason, but as ppl say, water helps cleaning the stomach all the way to the anus. This helps in easy flow of stool from stomach to the anus and penis/vagina. It also acts as roughage sometime.

.

Hope it helps

heya friend !!

find your answer here ^ ^

the removal of waste metabolic products from the body of an organism is called excretion....

the major products formed are carbondioxide {CO2},,,excess water {O2} and nitrogenous compounds such as ammonia, urea, uric acid...etc

the liver and kidneys clear many substances from the body in renal excretion and giving us carbondioxide in respiration..

excretion also helps in maintaining body temperature and electrolyte balance in the body

water is released through sweat glands and kidneys

water causes the kidney to produce a lot of dilute urine until it is passed out

thus the kidneys play a major role in the metabolism of excretory products

WISH IT HELPS YOU >,<

cheers !!
