here is your answer mate

So sweat helps cool you down two ways. First, it makes your skin feel cooler when it's wet. And when it evaporates it removes some heat. But sweat will only evaporate in an environment where there isn't much water in the air.

Answer:

Sweat is water based. Now, to evaporate water—you’ll need heat. When your body produces too much heat it will start releasing the sweat to absorb that heat. When the sweat evaporates off of your body, it will take that absorbed heat energy with it. Now that space on your body will not have that heat energy anymore and thus, will be cooler. Sweat isn’t pure water though, because pure water is a poor conductor/absorber of heat and/or electricity. So your body dissolves salts into the sweat so that it can evaporate at a lower energy and work to keep you cool at lower temperatures.
