Hellooo!!
If you brush regularly Dentist wont be able to tell you have smoked anything. Regular smokers have stained teeth from repeated use over months and /or years.
by looking at your stained teeth and colour of lips dentist came to know that you smoke!!

There are certain factors which clearly indicates whether a person smokes or not. First, the gums of people who smoke often fall from their teeth more than normal. Secondly, smoke dragged into the mouth stains inner surfaces of teeth more than outer surfaces. When the dentist examines the mouth and notices the dark stains on the teeth's internal surfaces, he or she will know that the person is a smoker.
