how drought and flood are different from each other?

Drought- a drought occurs in a place where there is low rainfall.
Flood-It is caused bcoz of excessive water..

Hello Dear,

Drought means when their is lack or no rain for several of years, this leads to famine and death.

While Flood refers to excess rainfall or opening of dams that brings hige waves of water which crushes all things behind, This also leads to death.
