We know that at equilibrium the rate of Forward reaction is equal to the rate of backward reaction as a result the concentration of reactants and products become constant but this doesn't mean that reaction stops at equilibrium there is still continuous change of reactants into products and vice versa therefore we can say that equilibrium is always dynamic in nature
