some of the differences includes -
mexico has presidential form of government , therefore the elections are held directly for the president wheras in India , we have parliamentary form of government , therefore the elections are held indirectly for the president and directly for the members of parliament and state legislatures.
in mexico , elections are held after every 6 years whereas in india , elections are held after every 5 years.
in mexico , president has real powers whereas in india , prime minister is the real head.
