ANSWER ☺️

To generate energy our body breaks down the available amount of carbs, smallproteins and fats. Glucose in our body under goes glycogenesis and is stored in the form of glycogen. Proteins mainly arecomposed of amino acids so at the time of digestion of food we are left with amino acids.
