It is said “A man without ethics is a wild beast loosed upon this world”.

Ethics is a systematic and critical analysis of morality, of the moral factors that guide human conduct in a particular society or practice. In society various values are at stake, rules to be followed, duties to be implied and accountability, transparency and integrity has to be maintained. So ethical values like empathy, sympathy, kindness and righteousness when followed give a sense of belongingness and mental satisfaction to individual and contribute to human well-being.

An ethical analysis give human to decide about wrongness and rightness of the action performed depending on the situation and merit it associates for eg killing a human is unethical but the same human has been involve in mass genocide or become a terrorist than killing is justified based on consequentialism and utilitarian principle since end result is good.
