evaporation is a surface phenomenon.
no extra heat is required. I.e. it occurs at room temperature
it only occurs at the upper most surface of liquid
but boiling occurs at the bp of a liquid
it occurs from all over the liquid

Answer:
Evaporation on the other hand is a natural process and it is similar to boiling , but the liquid form changes into gaseous form when there is a increase in either temperature or pressure or both. Boiling happens when the temperature reaches to the boiling point.
