Your eye works in a similar way to a camera. When you look at an object, light reflected from the object enters the eyes through the pupil and is focused through the optical components within the eye. The front of the eye is made of the cornea, iris, pupil and lens, and focuses the image onto the retina.

in our eyes there is Convex lens and image form on the retina. Cornea is a very thin transparent membrane the light enter in human eye through Cornea. The retina is made up of sensitive cell . The cell get excited when too light fall in it and then it generate electric signal . The signal pass to brain through optic nerve and in that way we can see image.

IF you have any problems in eyes then that defect is

Myopia and Hypermetropia

In a myopia we can see near object clearly but appear distant object indistinct.

In a Hypermetropia we can see distant object clearly but can't see near object.
