how far do you agree with this view that the Indian state both keeps away from religion as well as interferes in the religion ?

I agree upon this statement as:

the state doesn't support or follow any one religion

it doesn't intervene into any person's choice of religion.

it intervenes only when there is a dispute between people of same or different religions.
