How far does the story 'The shady plot' suggest the saying ''No tears in writer , no tears in reader''?

It is a general question that every writer a lot cries to get ideas to produce amazing plot for the story...it is here reffered as they shed tears...so if they work hard spiritually the readers will be happy for buying a book worth of their money simultaneously not shedding tears...;!!!
