The right to represent needs a bit of change. Today, it is possible for a person to get elected as a particular party's representative and then switch sides, once elected, for personal gain. This must be prevented. Another thing that needs change is in the formation of multi-party or coalition Governments; only pre-poll allies should be allowed to form the Government and not post-poll arrangements of convenience. Otherwise, the right to represent is comprehensive and in order.
