Still there are no chances of getting free education to all the students of India.But we ,the citizens have got the right of freedom,to express our views freely without any hesitation. Also some people do not behave properly.Still they behave rudely with the minorities people and still in India the discrimination takes place.Thus I think so the poets wishes have not been fulfilled here in India.
