Students are admitted in different educational institutions from primary education to higher education. Teachers teach students with their best possible efforts. All the students appear the examination. All of them do not obtain equal marks while the teacher teach all the students in equal way and method. The responsibility of success and failure depends upon the hardwork and efficiency of students. If they do well in the examination, they succeed. If they do not do will, they meet failure. For the success and failure of students, no educational institution is responsible. Number less students who are highly educated wander jobless. Educational institutions are not responsible for this. The duty of educational institute is to impart knowledge to students not to take responsibility of their future. So this story 'Refund' is not an appropriate plea for the fees refund.
