Answer:

Mark me brainliest if the answer is satisfactory and follow me.

Explanation:

No country can be a pure/perfect democracy, there are just too many loopholes for a country to be a pure/perfect democracy.

We have adopted democratic principles because there's no other better option available. Democracy can be manipulated in many ways like

Booth capturing

Buying votes

Fooling the less aware

Selling hatred

Creating fear

Favouring the majority

Deviding the society

And so on

I don't want to sound arrogant or bad, democracy is the best we have, it's just we don't deserve it yet. A politician can easily manipulate any hungry person by providing food in elections and any other society in many other ways, if we leave India out of discussion for once, there are countries where even Election Commission can be bought at a fair price.

Any person who has never even heard of foreign country will be judging government on foreign policy, one who was not fortunate enough to attend school will be judging government on economic policy and many such things.

We, as a population of any country haven't gain a certain amount of intellect/intelligence to make democracy, a perfect one.

India has a huge population and a lot of them are well informed and helps the fellow citizens to have a fair opinion, our Government and Election Commission helps the democracy to prosper in a good way.

It's just a matter of time and hell lot of effort that we will be fortunate enough to call ourselves largest and pure democracy too.
