yes,before it was belief that women could not vote. They had to live in houses only and look after the family but due to changing society,many people took birth and fought against those who were not giving women the voting rights.Finally women won the right to vote.Now all men and women are treated equally. Both vote in the same manner. No,women don't always vote the way man want them. They vote as they wish. There is no difference on the basis of sex. I hope this will help u.
