• There are significant systemic racial and cultural disparities. The protection of quality housing , medical care, employment , education and colorful people face structural  and racial barriers.
• Few classes are less dominant in culture than others. Sociologists call the discriminators the dominant party. This dominant group is the powerful, privileged and highest social group. Most socioeconomic classes are oppressed, but they are not on the fringe of society.
