Supreme Court is the guardian of Constitution as it is the ultimate source to enforcement of Fundamental Rights.
The Right to constitutional remedies:
(provided under Article 32 to 35 of Indian constitution.) is present there for enforcement of Fundamental Rights.
In case of fundamental rights violation, Supreme court of India can be approached directly for ultimate justice per Article 32.
So Supreme Court is called the guardian of fundamental Rights.
