How far was the league of national responsible for the second world war?

It was not responsible for the 2nd world war but it could not stop it from happening.Also it was not so strong that it could deny the opinions of the strong countries such as America ,China etc. Many unrequired charges were put against Germany which by the league of nations which were very harsh.So at last the 2nd world war had to take place .So in this manner we can say that yes,the league of nations was somewhere responsible for the 2nd world war.
