initial velocity = 0m/sec

distance = ?

time = 4sec

acceleration = 2m/sec^2

according to second equation of motion :-

distance travelled = intial velocity × time taken + 1/2× acceleration × time × time

PUTTING VALUES

= 0×4+1/2×2×2

=0+2

=2 m
