It seemS nothing but may be more illiteracy should occur in India according to the population growth of India.So,ist of all they have to control population then This right will eliminate completely illiteracy in india

Right to Education, though a noble concept, in its current state will not be able to achieve its goal of eradicating illiteracy from India. There are many pitfalls to the implementation of this policy as highlighted by the movie Hindi Medium, where schools manipulate applications received through RTE and sell these seats to the highest bidder. The illiterate thus remain illiterate and are unable to send their young ones to schools.
