According to me, the day we stop talking about Women Empowerment is real Women Empowerment. 

At a faster rate? I wouldn't agree to it since the change has to be in the way we think itself. 

Considering only the women I know in corporate level itself, they feel that they do not want to compete with men and just want to be let to their convenience. If we are talking about equality, then women should be ready to take up the same responsibility as men.

Considering the women I know who are not in corporate or employed or educated, there are still women who believe that education to a girl is waste of money as she will get married one day and leave the house. Yes, I am talking about the present situation only
