HOW FARMERS GROW SUGAR CANE?

.sugarcane is grown by re planting a part of mature cane stalk.sugarcanes need fertile soil ,sunglight and plenty of water.after a few weeks new shoots from buds develope nd they break through the surface of soil.a ripe cane is usually 2-4 m tall.

Farmers grow sugar cane by cutting a part of their stem and planting it in the soil. After some days of watering and exposure to Sun the cane will start to grow. This is due to a vegetative propagation named Grafting.
