How fast should a man of 50 kg run so that his kinetic energy be 625Joule?

K.E = 0.5mv²

v = sqrt(2K.E / m)
= sqrt(2 × 625 Joule / 50 kg)
= sqrt(625 Joule / 25 kg)
= 5 m/s

Velocity of man should be 5 m/s
