We know that the moving body carry kinetic energy.

Kinetic energy = mv^2/2

Given

Weight = 600N

mass = weight * gravity

mass = 600N/10m/s^2

mass = 60kg

Given

kinetic energy = 750j

so

Velocity = 2sqrt(kE)/mass =2sqrt(750/60)= 5 m/s
