majority of the fat us digested in the small intestine. pancreas secrete bile juice and stores it in gall bladder which helps in the breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins and certain vitamins.

the digestion of fat starts in our mouth. when the food enters the mouth it is crushed down by our teeth, mixed with saliva known as masticating. saliva contains the enzyme called lipase which starts the digestion of fat when the fat get digested with other vitamins with the help of blood it reaches to the whole body.
