Fats are digested in two parts of alimentary canal of human i.e, Buccal cavity and small intestine.
- The digestion of fats get started in the buccal cavity of alimentary canal with the help of lyzosymes.
- The second site for digestion of fats is small intestine,here pancreas secretes its juice and salts in small intestine .
- Bile salts helps as emulsifier and breaks the fat molecules into small globules.
