Firstly amino acids were born, then they together formed a collection of them, arranged in a pattern to form protein, then DNA molecule was formed further, it had power to self replicate itself and make copies, then formed genes which are found in chromatin threads, further the threads were enclosed within first organelle named nucleus.Earlier nucleus was capable of performing all cellular tasks (in prokaryotes,...but later in eukaryotes there needed division of work so other organelles were formed like ER, mitochondria, plastids) all such organelles needed a semi solid medium, so cytoplasm formed by amino acids. All then membrane was formed. All this gave birth to first cell, prokaryotic cell. Then emerged eukaryotes, which were more complex and they had all organelles in a cell required.
