Then at that time Many plants are damaged .
We can take an example of WORLD WAR 1
Many fighter planes were used at that time which DAMAGED MANY PLANTS AND ANIMALS

your question is how forest are affected in war periods.
in affected perioud in people because they use tree in war they cut it and use to break door in war it also help in defence when a arrow come to kill a man the tree protect the man from arrow . wood also used for making homes like USA's cow boy city.that tell in history.
