Explanation:

There may be the use of money and muscle power, the lure of the casteist and communal politics, the abuse of power and position,impersonation and booth capturing. But the incidence of all these and more is no patch on the entire electoral process, if you consider the size and spread of the vast electorate. If at all there are a few things which We, as Indians, can genuinely feel proud of, our ability to regularly conduct by and large free and fair elections on such a massive scale time and again should certainly count among them.

3) Re - election must be held if unfair means are used by a candidate or political party in a constituency.
