when Mandela was a boy he was free to run in the fields near his mother's hit, free to swim in the stream and run through the village and eat and ride the bulls. As long as he obeyed his father and followed the customs of his tribe he was not troubled by the laws of man and god not as he grew up he realised that he didn't have any freedom and the freedom of everyone who looked like him was curtailed by the horrible and inhumane system of apartheid or racial discrimination. Hence, according to this when a person is given the permission to do something freely is called his freedom during that age but as he wants to try something new and chase his dreams, he is obstructed by the society and he longs for freedom to do that.
