COUNTRIES like Japan became rich and developed because In Japan people are literate and very well technically developed.
And we know that educated people can contribute much to their nation as compared to illiterate people.Only literate people can convert resources into much useful products after processing.Thus, according to me high literacy rate is a major reason for the development of Japan.
