the passes across the mountains in the North have provided passage to the ancient travellers. these route contributed in the exchange of ideas and commodities since ancient times. the ideas of Ramayana, Upanishads the story of panchtantra the Indian numenumerals and the decimal system could thus , rich many parts of the world. the spices, Muslin and other merchandise were taken from India to different countries. on the other hand, influence of the Greek sculptures, their Architectural style of domes and minarminaretes can be seen in India.
